HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements. Being a HRIS Manager maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs. Additionally, HRIS Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Director. The HRIS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Human Resources Senior Analyst compiles structures and analyzes data that assists in providing accurate information to improve, correct or streamline HR processes. The HR Senior Analyst's responsibilities span across all functions of HR to include payroll, employee relations and labor budget, however, the focus will be in benefits and compensation. This position collects all relevant data and information and prepares reports and presentations for senior leadership. Responsibilities include the handling of highly sensitive and confidential data with discretion and tact. The HR Senior Analyst is a detail-oriented individual who uses data from internal and external sources to identify trends and develop solutions and/or plans for improvement.
