HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements. Being a HRIS Manager maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs. Additionally, HRIS Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Director. The HRIS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Role:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS team! This role will have the opportunity to work alongside our global People Success (HR) team in creating system efficiency across our People processes. As a HRIS Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience with Ceridian Dayforce (in partnership with the HRIS Manager) to help our organization improve our HR services. You will provide technical support and guidance to end-users, as well as collaborate with our HR, Finance, and IT teams on HRIS initiatives that support our business needs.
