HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements. Being a HRIS Manager maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs. Additionally, HRIS Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Director. The HRIS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the daily support, configuration and implementation of HR systems for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, staff management and performance management. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the HRIS Systems
    • Analyzes, designs and maintains information in the human resources information system (HRIS)
    • Responsible for the accuracy and data integrity of the HRIS.
    • Prepares analysis, summaries and reports involving employee data including time, pay, benefits, and other information contained in the HRIS and other databases.
    • Participates in HRIS projects from application selection through requirements, testing, training, and implementation.
    • Recommend and implement enhancements and solutions to systems, processes, and policies
    • Generate and analyze data reports for management decision-making
    • Manage and maintain data integration and reporting for sub-systems and TPAs
    • Sets up and maintains security profiles; develops security profiles to meet the needs of the functions and division of responsibilities.
    • Provides training and support to users and works with vendors to trouble shoot and resolve issues.
    • Basic troubleshooting
    • Utilize interpersonal skills when working with internal and external peers to accomplish positive customer service experiences
    • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
    • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Salary: $55,000-$60,000 annually
