    The HRIS Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Company by managing and enhancing our HRIS system, as well as all the related vendor connections. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
     
    Duties/Responsibilities
    • Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day benefits details within the HRIS and benefit portals, including processing and verifying enrollments, terminations, and changes
    • Prepare month end vendor invoices for self-administered plans
    • Monitor and maintain vendor file feeds for all automated reports – must have ability and initiative; research and implement accessibility and access
    • Assist in administration and execution of annual and mid-year performance reviews while always looking for improvements and enhancements to the annual systems
    • Monthly financial audits for our HSA, FSA, and 401k plans as well as the HRA plan
    • Monthly update to Alex app which include new hire benefits, terminations, changes to benefits; Research and present new features of Alex tool
    • Be the employee contact for all benefit access questions, which will include all vendor portals as well as the Alex vendor information tool
    • Research new features of UKG to implement and align training to best utilize the tool for our entire Trew team
     
    Required Skills/ Abilities
    • Experience in navigating and designing HR technology systems, UKG specifically is a plus
    • Expert Excel and database knowledge; experience in all aspects of HR reporting
    • Strong ideas of Project Management concepts
    • Ability to conduct queries, analyze data, and create/design reports or forms within various systems
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently on project-based material
     
    Education/ Experience 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in related fields
