**Multiple shifts available Monday through Sunday from 7:30AM - 12:00AM**

Monster Reservations Group expecations of a Reservation Specialist:
- Receive inbound calls / make outbound calls
- Assist guests scheduling travel dates and destinations
- Resolve any guest issues
- Enthusiastically build value for vacation accommodations and attractions
- Maintain a postive attitude at all times
- Offer empathetic assistance to every guest
