Being a HRIS Supervisor monitors and improves data collection and reporting procedures for efficiency. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, HRIS Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. PREREQUISITESEducation: Some high school or equivalent
Experience: No previous experience required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
