HVAC Mechanic performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Mechanic follows blueprints or engineering specifications to install units. Performs troubleshooting to identify the cause of problems. Additionally, HVAC Mechanic maintains and secures a spare parts inventory. Recommends purchasing maintenance equipment and supplies as required to improve processes and efficiencies. Typically requires an apprenticeship and/or completion of technical training. Requires a high school diploma. The regulations governing the location may require an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The HVAC Mechanic works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     HVAC Operations Manager - Position

    AN NWA HVAC SERVICES company is looking for a competent “Operations Manager” to run the organization and the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

    This is the priority skill set needed.

    • Answering inbound customer calls and handling them appropriately including customer service and scheduling appointments.
    • Managing the Operations Assistant team member’s position.
    • Responding to and securing as many qualified home advisors/Angie’s List Leads as possible when holes need to be filled in scheduling & the Operations Manager is told by Ownership to approve turning these services on.
    • Working with customers to explain and sell Service Club Memberships and Financing Programs.
    • Processing rebates and warranty work for labor and equipment, and registration of all equipment.
    • Monthly reconciling of multiple supplier statements.
    • You must be organized in all aspects of the office including filing and managing office supply inventory.
    • Reviewing client requests daily to ensure customer service and knowledge of client files.
    • Synchronizing time sheets to jobs scheduled and performed.
    • Keeping employee handbook current and understanding content included.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • You must be organized and detail-oriented. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK UNDER PRESSURE!
    • You must have strong verbal communication, presentation, and phone skills.
    • Knowledge and ability to run MacOS.
    • Proficient in Q.B.O., Microsoft, and Google applications.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

    • Keep a valid driver’s license.
