Position Overview

Mechanic is a key partner in managing the day to day business at the at the GSE repair station to deliver smooth and efficient repairs and regular services to our major customers.

General Responsibilities

• Service and repair GSE equipment.
• Ability to trace electrical faults and read schematics is a plus.
• Meet production targets both Repairs and Maintenance.
• Operate and access heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Abide by all company and aviation authority procedures.
• Carry out other duties as required.
  

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and servicing of ground support equipment or equivalent. transferable skills from a similar industry. 
• Willing to learn Ground Support Equipment and focus on a unique aspect of the trade.
• Ability to identify defective or broken parts and repair hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in WOF inspections would be an advantage.
