Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Supervisor conducts quality testing and inspections. May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Additionally, HVAC Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Requires an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a manager. The HVAC Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Position Overview:
Sodel Concepts is currently looking for an experienced HVAC-R Technician to join our in-house Asset Management team. As a technician, the right candidate would be responsible for maintenance/repair and installation of HVAC equipment as well as commercial refrigeration on site at our various properties. Candidates would also be involved in hot food equipment repair/installation. Real world experience with Commercial HVAC equipment and refrigeration equipment is preferred. Responsibilities:
Under direction of Management, perform general repair and preventative maintenance of all HVAC/Refrigeration equipment found in and around the properties. Accurate record keeping on assigned tasks and all other work activity is required by logging such activity into the computer maintenance software that is being used at that time. Ensure that all safety systems are operable.
Work in rotation with other members of department to provide property coverage as required.

Work with other departments on projects
Must be a US Citizen
Must be over 18 and able to lift 50 lbs
Must be available for occasional overtime
5 years experience preferred but not required
EPA Certifications a plus
