HVAC Supervisor supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Supervisor conducts quality testing and inspections. May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Additionally, HVAC Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Requires an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a manager. The HVAC Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HVAC Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job description
Federal facilities contractor is looking for HVAC Technicians to perform preventative maintenance and repairs in government buildings.
This position requires local daily travel between job sites. Locations are near Spokane, Bellingham, and Cour d'Alene
Company vehicle is provided.
Universal Certificate required.
This position requires federal and state background investigations and a clean driving record for access to job sites.

Job Duties Include:
1. Performing Preventive Maintenance such as routine changing of air and water filters
2. Performing general facility maintenance tasks
3. Recognizing, troubleshooting, and repairing unit deficiencies in HVAC equipment, including but not limited to the following equipment:
Gas and electric furnaces
Ductless heating and cooling systems
VRV and VRF heating and cooling systems
Packaged gas or electric HVAC equipment
Water boiler
Circulator pumps
Ventilation fans
Temperature controls
Humidifier
