HVAC Supervisor supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Supervisor conducts quality testing and inspections. May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Additionally, HVAC Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Requires an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a manager. The HVAC Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HVAC Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Fisherman's Market & Grill Family of Restaurants

    To achieve your success and growth you will be held responsible for and evaluated based on your performance of the following tasks.

    Financial :

    • Restaurants sales and labor targets are provided by the General Manager and tracked by you on a per shift basis. You need to be aware of these targets and seek to meet or exceed during your shift.
    • Aggressive awareness of the labor percentage throughout your shift and reacting accordingly.
    • All opening and closing financial responsibilities, record keeping and cash handling procedures are in place and being practiced through out your shift.
    • Inventory control of alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages.

    Service :

    • Satisfying all warranted guest needs and wants, going beyond the typical and achieving the 'Wow!' factor. Must have a 'sense of urgency' when handling guest needs and situations.
    • Managing all team members (FOH and BOH), in performing their job duties and insuring company guidelines and standards are followed consistently through out your shift as manager on duty.

    Set expectations, inspect what you expect, hold employees to high standards and treat everyone with respect.

    • Active performance in service of food and beverages, control of waiting line and table assignments, table breakdown and setups, helping To-Go orders and performing cashier functions.
    • Help facilitate training of new and existing FOH employees in all areas of the restaurant including safety and sanitation.
    • Communicate in a professional manner with your fellow managers and team members. Always use open and honest communication.

    Immediately report team member grievances or conflicts to your General Manager or Director of Operations.

    Completion of all Daily Checklists as required. (i.e. Bar & Sever Checkout List)

    Safety & Sanitation :

    • FBI situations will be acted upon immediately following prescribed investigation and report procedures.
    • Daily completion of all HACCP related duties including Closing Manager Checklist and performance of Weekly QA Audit.
    • Daily Side Work and Sanitation / Cleaning Checklists are managed and practiced consistently. Everyone must be 'checked out' before leaving.
    • All safety, sanitation and chemical handling procedures are known, taught to and practiced by all team members.
    • All safety meetings are attended and any issues are immediately documented, addressed, and completed. Follow up with your General Manager or Director of Operations.
    • Knowledge of emergency procedures, contact numbers, and locations of equipment turn off valves.
