HVAC Supervisor supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Supervisor conducts quality testing and inspections. May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Additionally, HVAC Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Requires an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a manager. The HVAC Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HVAC Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Scope of Responsibility: To provide Preventative Maintenance, service, repairs, for variety of HVAC equipment such as Bard, AirSys, Marvair, Dantherm, Pentair and more, according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Create PM & Repair tickets to document PM’s & repairs using mobile app on company provided cell phone. Respond to Emergency Service Calls and service call request. Maintain part inventory on van an order restock as needed. You can make your own schedule using the assigned set locations for HVAC Preventative Maintenance. We pay you from when you leave your house to go to work until you return home from your work day. We provide year round employment with NO Seasonal Lay-Off.
