Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• 1 years experience of residential service (diagnosis and installation of HVAC equipment)
• Follow our tobacco policy
• Background Check Required
• Drug Free Workplace
• Reliable Transportation
• Cell Phone w/internet connection
• Friendly and professional
• Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment

Skills Needed

• Install residential HVAC Split Systems, Package units, Mini Splits
• Installation of copper line sets, wiring, drain lines
• Building return stands
• Building duct plenums
• Installation of full duct systems (Bonus paid during Summer)
• Maintaining inventory in service vehicles and installation trailers and cleanliness
• Completing installation checklists and submitting all pictures to our CRM Software
• Collecting signature and payment at job completion
