HVAC Supervisor supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Supervisor conducts quality testing and inspections. May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Additionally, HVAC Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Requires an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a manager. The HVAC Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HVAC Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Essential Duties/Accountabilities
    • HVAC technical support.
    • Conduct technical training courses.
    • Proficiency of new technology, HVAC equipment and accessories should be maintained by attending designated training provided by manufacturers.
    • Conduct on-site job visits when necessary.
    • Responds to customers in a timely manner!
    • Drive supplemental sales.
    • Some travel required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications: HVAC Technical Support
    • Technical knowledge of HVAC service and installation s.
    • Computer experience a must.
    • Good communication as well as organizational skills.
    • Be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
    • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of HVAC service.
    • Have a good working knowledge of electrical I refrigeration I air flow .
    • Be able to see a project to the end.
    Pay is commensurate with experience
