Rigs4Less is a small business selling skid steer attachments, tractor attachments, and trailers in Albert Lea, MN. Our first branch of our business opened in Saint Croix Falls WI in 2020, Albert Lea will be our 2nd location opening in December of 2023. We are professional, agile, challenging and our goal is to provide the largest and lowest priced selection of skid steer and tractor attachments. We emphasize both customer and employee success and happiness. We are looking for hard-working, problem solving, and creative individuals to grow alongside the new location we are opening.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of products
• Welding
• Operate Skid Steer and Tractor to move materials and products within the warehouse and yard. Load customers and unload trucks/trailers.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in Deliveries and Pickups

Skills:

• Experience with fabrication and assembly processes
• Proficiency or ability to learn in operating a skid steer/tractor/telehandler
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
• Ability to work in a shop environment
• Interact with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 51 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
