Job Summary : This position is responsible for the preparation and cleanup of the construction equipment and the grounds.

You will have the chance to work cross-functionally throughout the location, you are a true team player!

Responsibilities :

• Maintain cleanliness of fleet (including but not limited to : pick-up trucks, attachments, trailers, equipment, and more.)
• Using a pressure washer and various cleaning tools / agents - you will be responsible for cleaning both the exterior and interior of vehicles and equipment as directed.
• Maintenance and upkeep of organization and appearance of ground, shop, and yard as directed.
• to include but not limited to routine cleanup, lawn maintenance, snow removal, etc.
• Keep the wash bay area clean and neat.
• Receive equipment and supplies while ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and delivered to the appropriate person or department.
• Visually inspect rental equipment to ensure it is in good and safe working order.
• Assisting with loading and unloading of equipment and additional yard responsibilities as requested.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with company, state and federal traffic rules and regulations if required.
• Ensure a safe work environment for customers and coworkers by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to work in all types of weather
