• Operate loader
• Operate tractor
• Work on irrigation equipment
• Maintain equipment
• Shop work includes, changing oil, greasing equipment, and fabricating metal
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• May be required to climb and work off of a ladder, operate various farm equipment, and drive company vehicles.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience operating farm equipment preferred
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and extended hours
• Ability to work in adverse weather
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license
• A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to change
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
