Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bars, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience for patrons.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings during lunch and dinner services.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to maintain stock levels and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and compliant environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:
