Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in our shop, including warehouse organization, operating power and hand tools, and supporting the fabrication and mechanical processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Duties:
- Assist with warehouse organization, including receiving and stocking inventory
- Operate power tools and hand tools to assist with fabrication and mechanical tasks
- Support the assembly process by following instructions and assisting with the production of finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop area
- Perform general shop duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or shop environment is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
