Assist the Executive Steward in supervision of the Stewarding Department.
Requirements
PREREQUISITES:
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for “non-gaming” License.
Education: High school graduate or G. E. D. preferred, but not required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: 6 months experience, as floor steward preferred.
Physical: Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry dish racks weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move from area to area in the kitchen.
