Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hard Trim professional to join our team. As a Hard Trim, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the installation and finishing of hard trim components in residential and commercial buildings. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties: - Install and finish hard trim components such as baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and door frames - Measure and cut trim materials to the required specifications - Ensure proper alignment and fit of trim pieces - Secure trim components using appropriate fasteners and adhesives - Fill gaps, cracks, and imperfections in trim surfaces using putty or caulk - Sand, smooth, and prepare trim surfaces for painting or staining - Apply paint or stain to trim surfaces as needed - Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Proven experience as a Hard Trim or similar role - Strong knowledge of different types of hard trim materials and their installation techniques - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices - Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications - Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Safety-conscious mindset If you are a skilled Hard Trim looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a dynamic work environment, we would love to hear from you.
