Hard Count Supervisor - Casino supervises hard count personnel and activities. Verifies calculations and transfers coins to the casino vault. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Line/ To-Go Staff
  • Hard Eight Pit BBQ
  • Burleson, TX FULL_TIME,PART_TIME
  • Summary: Responsible for maintaining food levels as necessary including fried items, sides, desserts, condiments, and BBQ sauce. Welcomes guests as they enter the building and explain our process, and assists guests in their overall experience by performing the following duties.

    Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    • Fills ice baths with ice.
    • Restocks hot and cold items product as needed.
    • Restocks BBQ sauce, utensils, paper goods, bread, bottled drinks, and trays.
    • Assists with taking calls and writing down to-go/pickup orders.
    • Prepares and packages to-go/pickup orders.
    • Communicates with customers, answers questions, and makes guests feel welcome.
    • Communicates with pit cutters/cook regarding to-go/pickup orders
    • Communicates with kitchen on fried items via ring system
    • Assists with bussing tables when possible
    • Assists with preparing portioned food as needed
    • Assists in bringing trays from kitchen to line to be ready for to-go customers.
    • Assures proper cleaning and sanitizing of area
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Language Ability:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Food Point-of-Sale system.
