Founded in 2015, Hard Truth Distilling Co. produces and releases a variety of premium spirits to market while filling our rackhouse with Sweet Mash Rye Whiskey and bourbon. Now Indiana's largest destination distillery, Hard Truth lives on a 325-acre wooded campus in Brown County - an artists' colony and tourist destination known for its natural beauty.

Hard Truth Distilling Co. is looking to hire a Brand Ambassador.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Hard Truth Distilling Co. in your local market.
• Execute trade events such at retail tastings at liquor stores, bar promotional nights, and trade shows.
• Engage potential local customers by introducing them to Hard Truth Distilling Co. and
• Engage possible local accounts, both retail and restaurant, to provide samples of our craft spirits. Lead tastings providing the story and details of Hard Truth spirits.
• Become an expert on Hard Truth spirits and product offerings.
• Support local marketing and other grassroots marketing-based activities.

Requirements and Skills:

• Must be 21 in age.
• Server permit required.
• Ability to work primarily on Thursday and Friday evenings. Also Saturday afternoons.
• Professional and quick communication.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Territory coverage.
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service or recruiting is a PLUS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
