Hard Count Supervisor - Casino jobs in New Brunswick, NJ

*Please note that this position will be based out of Freehold, NJ*

• Creates wagering tickets and cashes tickets for guests
• Operates the window which includes, but is not limited to, explaining, accepting and redeeming all wagers for guests
• Follows proper procedure for all cash transactions including payment of winning tickets and recording and depositing money
• Explain all pari-mutuel wagers and daily racing programs to guests Provide high quality guest service and hospitality to all guests
• Maintain thorough working knowledge of local, state, and federal gaming laws and regulations
• Performs job duties in full compliance with company internal controls, policies, procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Must have outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

2. Must have strong attention to detail. Must be able to document and articulate information clearly.

3. Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate a variety of information to customers regarding casino products and services. Must be able to walk, bend, lift, kneel, stand, push, and pull, during an 8 hour shift. Must be able to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
