Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. Your first week or two will be in office as we do onboarding and training. After that, the job will be mostly remote.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design and remodeling office by booking appointments as leads come in. You will be managing spreadsheets, doing data entry, running errands, and making follow up calls. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills. Knowledge of construction, architecture, and design is not essential, but the ability to learn quickly is a plus.
Duties:
- Utilize phone systems to make outbound calls and generate appointments
- Coordinate and manage calendars to schedule appointments efficiently
- Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Assist with project coordination and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain organized files and documentation
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other computer applications
- Strong computer literacy skills, including the ability to navigate computerized systems
- Experience working in construction or design industries
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
