Appointment Setter (Door to door)

Compensation: The position starts at $21/hr with a signing bonus. Annual expected income: $35,000-$50,000 based on part-time (Earnings are not capped)

RMK Windows provides energy efficient windows and doors to homeowners, helping them save money on their energy bills and also helping protect the environment by greatly reducing the carbon footprint of each of our clients.

About the Job:

This is NOT a sales position. Appointment Setter’s main responsibility is to generate new leads. You will speak and visit with residential homeowners (door to door) to introduce our marketing program and schedule appointments. Our sales people will meet with homeowners regarding the windows we offer and are educated in residential energy efficiency. They provide product presentations based on a clients' needs and budget.

The position offers the flexibility of part-time with the compensation of full-time. (Weekly hours average: 25 per week)

What we require from a new team member:

· Must be energetic and self-motivated

· Must enjoy talking to people

· Outside marketing or sales experience recommended but not required

· Likes earning as much as they want

· Clean cut, carries themselves well, professional and energetic

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Must possess reliable transportation and current automobile insurance

· Must possess a smartphone with active data plan for use of scheduling and data tracking apps

· High School Diploma is required, some college is recommended
