Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated design and sales professional who excels in designing both kitchen and bath spaces using 2020 Design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to grasp their design needs, preferences, and financial considerations for kitchen and bath projects.
• Craft precise and appealing kitchen and bath designs, leveraging your proficiency in 2020 Design software.
• Offer professional guidance on layout, cabinetry, countertops, and other elements for both kitchen and bath designs.
• Guide customers in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures, enhancing the overall design.
• Accurately estimate project costs and provide detailed quotes.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and contractors, ensuring on-schedule delivery and installation.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in kitchen and bath design.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in kitchen and bath design principles.
• Advanced skills in 2020 Design software.
• Exceptional communication abilities in English (both verbal and written); additional languages are a plus, especially Spanish.
• Understanding of retail mathematics for pricing and project estimation.
• Experience with POS systems, specifically Quickbooks, for sales processing.
• Skilled in negotiation, coordinating effectively with suppliers and contractors.
• Previous experience in remodeling or retail sales is highly valued.
