Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for building, installing, and maintaining various structures and fixtures. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in floor care, carpentry, tile laying, and the use of power tools.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to guide installation
- Install and assemble structures and fixtures according to specifications
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using power tools
- Install floor coverings such as carpet, tile, or wood flooring
- Repair or replace damaged components as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Installer or similar role
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe usage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Knowledge of drywall installation is a plus
