Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing tiles on various surfaces, ensuring precision and quality in all projects.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit the installation area accurately
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, adhesives, and repairing any imperfections
- Install tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, floors, walls, patios, and other surfaces
- Apply tile adhesive and grout using appropriate tools
- Ensure tiles are properly aligned and leveled
- Perform finishing touches such as sealing and polishing tiles
- Inspect finished work for quality and make any necessary repairs
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role
- Proficiency in tile setting techniques including roof tiling, building custom tile work, and fabricating tile patterns
