Hard Tile Setter covers tabletops or other surfaces with mosaic tile squares to form decorative design. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Hard Tile Setter may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Hard Tile Setter relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Job Summary:
We are seeking a Tile Helper to join our team. The Helper will assist with various tasks related to tile setting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, reading a tape measure, and basic knowledge of the tools typically used when setting tile.
Note: This is NOT a W2 job. This is for a 1099.
Duties:
- Assist with tile construction projects by performing various tasks as directed
Skills:
- Some type of construction experience is preferred
- Proficiency in working with power tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions
This position requires a hardworking individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the team. The Helper must be able to follow instructions effectively to ensure safety and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are essential for success in this role. The Helper must have their own vehicle to get to and from work.
