Job Description:
As a proficient electrical engineer at Adjutant Solutions Group (ASG), your role involves a combination of technical expertise and project management skills. You will be responsible for designing, developing, prototyping, hardware, firmware design, testing (Hardware/Firmware), and documentation. Your responsibilities include the creation of electrical schematics, component footprints, PCB layout, searching for the suitable electrical components for the design, conducting electrical calculations, exploring and implementing the proper IEC/UL, FCC, ISO, etc., standards performing tests and inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues in the hardware as well as firmware of the design and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations and maintaining electrical systems and components. As a proficient electrical engineer, you may also be involved in project planning and coordination. This could include collaborating with the Project Management Office (PMO) and other team members, such as technicians or contractors, to ensure the successful execution of electrical projects on schedule and budget. You may also be responsible for adhering to safety standards and regulations and managing project timelines and budgets. Overall, your role as an electrical engineer requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and the ability to communicate and collaborate with others to achieve project goals effectively.
