We are seeking a Hardware Technician to join our Information Technology team in our Pottsville Home Office! As a member of the Help Desk Team, the Hardware Technician fields inquiries from end users to answer questions and resolve technical issues for our cosmetology schools and home office. Acting with a sense of urgency, the Hardware Technician provides excellent customer service to our employees to ensure expected service levels and benchmarks are achieved or exceeded.
The Hardware Technician will also assist with the maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting and of repairing computer systems and peripherals. This position is responsible for documenting, maintaining, upgrading or replacing hardware and software systems and may require night and weekend work when needed.

Requirements:
Industry certifications such as A and Network are desirable
Microsoft Windows networking and LAN/WAN experience are a plus
Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
