IT Hardware Manager, Rochester, NH
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of IT Hardware Manager. This critical position will work closely with the executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and growth of the organization. The IT Hardware Manager will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including analytical planning and driving executive initiatives, particularly within the context of IT Hardware Management. This is a 100% Onsite position and NOT Remote.
IT Hardware Manager Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner to the CTO:
- Work closely with the CTO to execute the company's strategic initiatives, aligning these efforts with the overall vision and goals of the organization.
- Provide analysis of data from the production floor and sales transactions to drive initiatives.
Organizational Optimization:
- Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement and streamlining.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to IT Asset Management to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the executive team to support decision-making.
IT Hardware Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven experience in an analytical role, with a track record of managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build effective working relationships.
