• Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Hardware Associate to join our team. As a Hardware Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their hardware needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. Responsibilities: - Assist customers in finding the right hardware products and provide product recommendations - Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers - Handle cash and credit card transactions while maintaining proper cash handling procedures - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure inventory levels are sufficient - Answer customer inquiries in person or over the phone with professionalism and courtesy - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in hardware or technology sales - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for retail calculations - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is preferred - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays If you are a motivated individual with a passion for technology sales and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Hardware Associate. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
