Hardware Engineering Manager plans and directs all aspects of hardware engineering activities within an organization. Ensures all hardware engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established polices and objectives. Being a Hardware Engineering Manager reviews and approves testing and QA procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Hardware Engineering Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Hardware Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. 1. Sales Counter Work:
-Must be willing to learn and operate POS system.
-Must be friendly and greet customers
2. Heavy Lifting:
-Must be able to lift 100lb blasting sand, and 80lb concrete and mortar mixes.
-Must be able to load pipe, cattle panels, water tanks, and any other materials in the yard.
3. Weekend Work
-Must be willing to work weekends.
4. Maintenance chores:
-Must be willing and able to dust shelves, sweep floors, inside and outside.
-Must be willing to clean bathroom, and common areas.
