Hardware Engineering Manager plans and directs all aspects of hardware engineering activities within an organization. Ensures all hardware engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established polices and objectives. Being a Hardware Engineering Manager reviews and approves testing and QA procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Hardware Engineering Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and career-minded horticulturist to join our team as a Greenhouse Specialist. Areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to) knowledge of propagation, knowledge of and or experience with indoor houseplants, knowledge of and or experience with outdoor plants (annuals and perennials), pesticide application/management, training of knowledge base with team members, and monitoring the overall culture of plants (assist with weekly ordering of live goods and associated products, watering schedules, unloading of plant deliveries, proper pricing and plant location). Team member must display an ability to multi-task, show a willingness to handle all requests or guest service issues promptly and professionally.
Our training program provides new team members with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver the level of service that we strive for at Ace Hardware & Paint.
Additionally this position is seasonal however team members, upon request may continue employment as full-time status and may be asked to help with other duties as needed. Individuals applying for this position must also display the ability to work independently, show initiative and take direction from management as necessary. Pay Rate: All team members starting rate of pay is $15.00 hourly
