Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist with large Transmission Line Construction projects in Kentucky and surrounding markets:

• Thorough understanding of customer contract documents, specifications, and special requirements per project assigned
• Maintaining records of all pertinent project information including, but not limited to:
• Financial Summaries
• Project Schedules
• Change Orders / RFIs
• Backlog Planning
• Project Labor Tracking
• Assist operations with billing summaries and payment applications
• Working with Vendors and Subcontractors to certify accuracy of invoices as required by project
• Providing Operations with project data to achieve project deadlines and budget
• Have the ability to identify where changes in project scope have occurred and follow customer change order process
• Answering calls and emails from field personnel to provide PO's, take material orders, provide material status, and assist Operations to troubleshoot project issues
• Some field travel required

Qualifications

• Previous Project Management experience
• Aptitude and Appetite to excel as a long-term member of our team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Desire for customer excellence
• Desire to grow and learn new skills and technologies to meet project requirements
• Office 365 and SharePoint Online experience preferred but not required
• Microsoft Project and P6 Scheduling software experience preferred
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
