We are an automotive machine shop that rebuilds cylinder heads. We are looking for someone who can start full time and will stay with us for a long time. We are looking for someone we can train to become a machinist. Pay will increase will skill.
Looking for someone who lives within 25 minutes of Stanton.

Business hours: 8:30 a.m. -- 5 p.m. Monday - Friday

Ability to communicate appropriately to customer and employee inquiries. Ability to read, write, and apply concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing
Ability to understand and respond in English in order to perform job functions. Ability to operate store equipment in assigned area.
Ability to wear all necessary personal protective equipment to perform job functions.
Ability to work in both inside and outside Possess and maintain a CA Drivers license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.

Typical Job Duties may include
We will be training you to rebuild cylinder heads.
Preparation and washing of engine for assembly, Maintain shop and keep in an orderly condition.
Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, running floor scrubber, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
Duties may also include performing routine maintenance activities
Keep outside building clean
Sanitize and clean shop and restrooms Minor building repairs
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40-100 lbs; bending, stooping, sitting and standing throughout the day
Negative drug screening results and ability to pass physical/medical exam
Must be organized and keep work place clean, attention to detail a must
A great attitude and able to get along with others.
Deliver parts and other product to customers
Ensure parts are loaded and delivered correctly following safety guidelines carry/lift parts to customer's business.
Assist customers in carrying and loading their purchases.
Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.
