ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for fitness professionals
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on various fitness topics
- Provide guidance and support to trainers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training strategies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fitness training
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Strong background in physical education, sports coaching, or related field
- Proven experience in program design and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid and acceptable Certified Personal Trainers Certificate or a degree in an exercise science fields
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized while effectively communicating in a positive and motivating manner.
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels and Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Embodies a strong focus to achieve goals and growth, personally and professionally.
