Harding University, home of the 2023 NCAA Division 2 Football National Champions, is a private Christian university located in Searcy, Arkansas with 16 NCAA sports and over 450 student-athletes. Looking for qualified candidates to join a service oriented, rehabilitation biased staff. We currently have two full-time Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainers, two full-time BOC certified Athletic Trainers, and a full-time Insurance Coordinator on staff, seeking like-minded servants to add to our team.

Typical AT job duties, travel expected, zero teaching responsibilities, 100% athletic training, summers off with opportunity for extra $ working on-campus sports camps, great benefits, excellent work environment and opportunity for growth. Sport assignment is highly flexible and dependent upon the candidates experience and/or preference, typically covering one in-season and one off-season sport each semester.

Pay commensurate with experience, health/dental benefits begin immediately, 403b retirement with 10% match after one year and immediately vested, educational discount for family members, and annual continuing education benefits.
