Serves as a certified and licensed staff athletic trainer for Roanoke College intercollegiate student-athletes; provides daily athletic training services to assigned teams; supervises injury care, referral and rehabilitation; travels to team events, attends home events, and attends daily workouts; and is an active participant in our sports medicine health care team. Roanoke College is an NCAA Division III athletics program located in the City of Salem Virginia.
The role focuses on the responsibility to Roanoke College during their primary 10-months (Aug-May) athletic schedule, and the remaining summer months-time gives opportunity to take accrued PTO and allow for some camp or PRN coverage, etc.
