Applicant Must have the following:
Plumbing repairs including sinks, toilets, bathtubs. Basic appliance repairs refrigerators range. Structural maintenance doors, locks, windows, screens light fixtures. Replacing floors, damage to walls, light fixtures.
HVAC experience is a plus!
An all around handy man with experience
