We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Archery Coach to lead our archery team in Nelsonville, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, organizing competitions, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for the archery team
• Organize and manage archery competitions
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Monitor and evaluate team performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
• Maintain equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Archery Coach or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of archery techniques and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
