The East Rochester Cheer program is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Cheer Coach. In addition to coaching the varsity team, responsibilities include the organization and management of the school's entire cheer program, including overseeing the middle school program. Strong leadership skills, a positive, education-based approach, and a deep understanding of the sport are a must. Candidates must have a strong understanding of fitness and training regimens appropriate for high school athletes. Candidates should be energetic and motivated and possess a willingness to commit the required time to build the program, attract and train assistant coaches, and be productive members of the overall learning community.
