The Centre For Sports Performance at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre is looking for motivated performance coaches who enjoy working within an athletic environment while helping youth athletes achieve their health and fitness goals.
The successful applicant must have a friendly, outgoing nature and be proactive in achieving the challenges set for them. They will be passionate and energetic about health and fitness and will be prepared to build and maintain a current client base.
This program is designed for youths ages 7-18 years and classes are held in our training loft at the Nittany Valley Sports Centre.

We are looking for a coaching leader who, while reporting to our CSP director, will work with our current program and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment by building and managing their own group of individual and team-training clients.
Our program has seen significant growth over the past year, and we are looking for someone to help us expand further. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in coaching and education of youth as well as the ability to grow a brand and a business.
