DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish performance criteria for competition and manage athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, and good sportsmanship
• Instruct athletes in fundamentals, develop character, model expected behavior
• Ability to work with players, parents, administration, and other coaches
• Ensures that student-athletes practicing or playing have been cleared through the Athletic Director
• Attend the AHSAA sponsored rules clinic for his/her sports
