Head Baseball Coach is responsible for recruiting athletes, teaching proper technique, the safety of the athletes, as well as character development of the basketball players at Mound Fort Jr. High. Oversee game planning and preparation. Development of a winning attitude on and off the court for players and coaches. Responsible for all necessary paperwork, meetings, adherence to district and state policies/procedures, and attending all practices and games. Responsible for coordinating basketball program schemes and philosophies with feeder programs. All other duties as assigned.
