Assists players in reaching highest athletic potential possible through athletic training and leadership skills. Additionally, Head Coach (Minor Sport) must be familiar with NCAA rules and regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree in the related area. Typically reports to a institutional officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program, motivating players to reach their full potential, and providing guidance and support to players both on and off the court. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels.
