Head Coach (Minor Sport) jobs in Temple, TX

We are looking for an experienced Volleyball Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program, motivating players to reach their full potential, and providing guidance and support to players both on and off the court. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement practice plans and drills.
• Provide instruction on the fundamentals of volleyball.
• Motivate and encourage players to reach their full potential.
• Evaluate players' skills and abilities.
• Create a positive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches.
• Manage game day operations.

Resume must include past coaching experience, where you coached, as well as where you played.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week

Grade levels:

• 3rd grade
• 4th grade
• 5th grade
• 6th grade
• 7th grade
• 8th grade
• 9th grade

Schedule:

• After school
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
