Sales Manager Overview:

The sales manager is a mid-level role in our dynamic sales department. The sales manager is responsible for the full sales cycle including lead generation, relationship-building, quote generation, phone sales, manufacturer communication/coordination, and post-installation follow-ups. The ideal employee will develop a keen understanding of A Head for Profits (AHFP) product offerings and services to speak knowledgeably about product purpose and functionality.

Position Requirements:

• Demonstrated record of achievement in outside sales.
• Proven oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize the information to highlight the features and benefits to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving the territory revenue and profitability quotas for AHFP products.
• Conducting sales presentations with prospective customers.
• Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
• Provide a 24-hour turnaround on all assigned quotes, as well as same-day return phone calls pertaining to sales (up to 3:00 pm local or by 12:00 pm local the following business day).
• Log and update territory reports, sales tracking, and inside sales opportunities via the company CRM tool.
• Work with the accounting department in relation to final payment and accounts receivables for sales.

Education / Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in sales (hospitality industry preferred).
• Working knowledge of draft beer systems and refrigeration systems (preferred).
• Bilingual- English/Spanish (preferred).

Work Hours / Location:

• Hours vary and may occasionally require overnight travel and evening/weekend work depending on business needs.
• The majority of work will be in Orlando and Jacksonville but will also include travel to Gainesville and Tallahassee.

Salary:

• $50,000 commission (depending on experience).
• Growth opportunities and bi-annual performance reviews with pay increases.
