High-Quality Preschool located in Watervliet is currently looking for Preschool Teachers serving classrooms with children ages 3-5  for our next Program year (August 2024 - May 2025.

Position Summary:
Teaches preschool children in a classroom setting. Implements curriculum, on-going observation, assessment, and child outcomes systems, consistent with program policies and the Head Start Performance Standards. They work as a partner with families in the health, attendance, and education of their children. Supervises and provides direction/guidance to Associate Teacher and Classroom Support Staff.

Education Requirement:
Minimum: AA degree in Early Childhood Education
Desired: BA degree in Early Childhood Education

Related Experience: Minimum: One-year related experience preferred

Rate of Pay: AA: $17.93 /hr   BA: $20.41 /hr
